Returns & Exchanges

* You must follow our return procedures below or the package will be returned to you and the sale deemed as final.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If in fact you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it to us for an exchange as long as all of the following conditions are met.

1. You must email us to request a return authorization # within 7 days of delivery.  We will get back to you with an RA# as soon as possible. This will speed up the exchange process because all orders are processed by date received.

2. The RA # assigned must be clearly marked on the box or the package will be refused, returned to you and the sale deemed as final. Please be sure that your return address is on the box!

3. We must receive the item within 7 calendar days of the date we issue an RA#, or the package will be refused, returned to you and the sale deemed as final.

4. Item must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn with tags attached). All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. If an item appears to have been worn, damaged, or is missing tags we will return it to you and no exchange/credit will be given.

5. Size Exchanges- We strongly suggest purchasing the sizes that you need on an additional order, as our items tend to sell out fast. Then when your return is received we will credit your charge card back for the original order. Shipping Fees are not returnable.

6. Return for store credit- after your merchandise is returned you will receive an email with instructions on how to use your store credit.

7. Return for refund- all returns received for a credit to your charge card will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not returnable.
 
8. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return.

Christmas Gift Return/Exchange Addition
We understand that our items are given as gifts and we want to make sure the gift receiver is comfy and happy. Any holiday theme item may not be returned after December 15th. Holiday gifts that need to be returned for sizing or exchange, may be done until January 5th. No refunds will be given, you must do a size exchange or the merchandise may be returned for a store credit. No returns on Holiday theme items will be accepted after December 15th. All other return exchange rules will still apply.

Please insure any package you are returning to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages. S/H on all returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
