Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer refunds. We
DO offer an even exchange policy. Regular priced items may be returned
for exchange or store credit only (less s/h fees). * You must follow our
return procedures below or the package will be returned to you and the
sale deemed as final.
* NO REFUNDS will be given.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If in fact you are
dissatisfied with an item, you may return it to us for an exchange as
long as all of the following conditions are met.
1. You must email us to
request a return authorization # within 48 hours of delivery. (Please do
not leave multiple emails for us regarding the same exchange.) One
message will suffice. We will get back to you with an RA# as soon as
possible. This will speed up the exchange process because all orders are
processed by date received.
2. The RA # assigned must be clearly marked on the box or the package
will be refused, returned to you and the sale deemed as final. Please be
sure that your return address is on the box!
3. We must receive the item within 7 calendar days of the date we
issue an RA#, or the package will be refused, returned to you and the
sale deemed as final.
4. Item must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn with tags
attached). All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. If an item
appears to have been worn, damaged, or is missing tags we will return it
to you and no exchange/credit will be given.
5. After December 23rd. No returns or exchanges will be given for
Holiday Theme Merchandise
Please insure any package you are returning to us. We are not
responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages. S/H on all
returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
